US and Canada Shipping
We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States on orders over $150 (excl. Alaska, Hawaii and Territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S Virgin Islands) and Canada if the following conditions are met: USA and Canada rates
- UPS Ground Service / 2-5 business days / FREE on orders over $150 to USA and Canada.
- UPS Ground Service / 2-5 business days / $9.99
- UPS 2 Day Service / 2 business days / $19
- Other US Territories / UPS Ground Service / 5-10 business days / $35
All orders will be processed and shipped usually no later than the six (6) business days following the order date (notwithstanding any Force Majeures). Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will processed the next business day. Customer service will reach out via email if any item(s) are unavailable.
- USA/Canada – Full refund – 14 days from date of purchase excl. original and return shipping charges in case of non standard shipping, and excl. return shipping cost for standard shipping (a charge of 9.99 USD). Please note that all sale items are a final sale.
- International – Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any reason for international orders.

All products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and a full refund will be issued. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the funds to show up in your account or credit card statement.
All products must be in original condition including all the tags and any other material that was sent with the order, such as bags and promotional items. If the returned items are not considered in perfect condition or have been worn or in some way altered we reserve the right to reject a return. All sale items are final sales and will be highlighted as such.
We recommend you place your new order first in order make sure your exchange items is available. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you in full of course. The same policies as for returns apply.
You can always contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions regarding sizing, colors or any other questions you may have. Nonetheless if something should not fit you as expected you can of course return or exchange it within 14 days from the purchase.
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay with a valid United States or Canadian billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
